Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it in, and in its original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable products, such as silicone molds, cannot be returned.

.Promotion and sale products
.Silicone mold products
.Liquid products such as colorants
.To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
.Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our fault.
.Any product returned more than 3 days after the delivery date.
Refund
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically added to your credit card or original payment method within a specified period of time.
Delayed or Lost Refund
If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange them for the same item, email us at Resinstor.ae@gmail.com and send your item to: Luxury Art Showroom.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver shipped the order to you for later delivery, we will refund the gift giver and they will notify your return.
Shipping and Returns
To return your item, please mail it to: Luxury Art Showroom.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The arrival time for your exchanged item may vary depending on where you live.
